As you all know, hubby went away for business and on Friday night my children went for a sleepover at their cousin. I woke up on Saturday at about 5am and dozed off again until 6am - I then took my dog, Thandi, for a long walk and found these beautiful nasturtiums on route. I decided to make a salad to go with the roast chicken for supper and it was great.
I made a salad dressing that had everyone guessing...
Well here... the secret is out!!!!!!
Passionfruit Salad Dressing
1 small tin passion fruit pulp
1 cup vegetable oil(olive oil is too pungent)
zest of 1 lemon and 1 orange
1 big strawberry
2 tbs white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
Blend together until it is smooth and creamy.
