Fresh juice, packed with vitamins is the way to go, the nutritionists say. I've had a juice extractor for over a year now, but could not get myself to use it. I have also been feeling really "flat" and tired lately and so decided to give "juicing" a go - simply because I do not like swallowing tablets of any sorts.
The first morning I was very conservative and only tried apple, carrot and celery.It tasted great and for the rest of the day I did not want to spoil it, by eating something "unhealthy". Since then I have tried different combinations of fruit and veggies and so far my favorite is this delicious combination of
Cucumber,beetroot, granny Smith apples and Celery - simply wonderful.

This looks amazing! I had beetroot juice for the first time a few months ago at Melissa's - they added ginger which added a marvellous flavour to the beetroot.
Where did you find your juicer if I may ask? I'd love one but it seems they're very difficult to find!
