Quick desserts with a WOW effect - Part 2


As promised, here is the 2nd recipe in my quick desserts series, using the same ingredients as the previous post. Here, I have just folded the pastry like a Samoosa and I baked it in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 180C. You can deep-fry the Samoosas, but of course that will just add on more calories.
