My hats off to you!
I love campfire cooking for 4, I can't imagine doing it for so many people. Good for you Nina, I am sure you had some very happy campers after eating your food.
had a braai @ my MOM & them last night in Port Elizabeth.Miss camp aswell. Fly in 2nite. Love des.did this on my Nokia!
That's alot better than any camp food I've ever had!
Nina, you're a braver woman than me catering for 100!! 30 was about the most I ever done (but I have to mention that one such occasion was in a ridiculous excuse for a kitchen with a 2-plate tabletop oven!)...
I am sure your time at the camp was very rewarding Nina. Looks like a beautiful setting as well:D
Oh - this sounds awsome. i used to cook at a camp that had about 300 folks - mountain meadow - it was 2 weeks long. Congrats to you!
