Here in France, I&amp;#39;ll use those frozen seafood mixes for many different things.  This &lt;a href="http://www.easy-french-food.com/seafood-casserole.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;seafood casserole&lt;/a&gt; is one of the best ways I&amp;#39;ve tried to put it to use.
