I love, LOVE, the way you've brought boerewors into this recipe, Nina. As a South African who was raised on the scent of boerewors sizzling over a woodfire, my mouth watered reading this post! I hope that boerewors will become massively popular, the world over, when fans who flood into South Africa for the 2010 Soccer World Cup feast on the ultimate South African street food, the 'boerie roll': a hot dog made of spicy, barbequed boerewors in a fresh bread roll, with all the trimmings.
