I agree - make more pastry! Although having said that, I'm a shortcurst pastry kind of girl, sweet or savourty. As for puff pastry, that's why Ready-Dough was invented, for wusses like me :) Tarts look amazing - I also used to make these as a kid.

Nina, i have always wanted to make pastry. I used to live in the US, where ready sheets were available, now I am in India, where I dont get them. I had a question, after i fridge the dough overnight, How can i make sheets of them? do I make balls and roll them into sheets and place one over the other to get a flaky pastry? I am confused.
