Yes, you can bake cake in an Air Fryer!

Can you bake in an Air Fryer? If I had a dime for every time I answered this question, I would be able to buy quite a few Air Fryers and give them away for free. I like giving things for free, that is just how I roll! Sadly, I don't have all those dimes, but  I just want to show you what is possible and give you a quick cake recipe.....for free!

Fudgy Coffee Cake with Caramelized Pears

Confession time! I have always thought that coffee cake is something with a coffee flavor. So every time I read a recipe for coffee cake, I gently clicked away, because it is not something I particularly like, except maybe in my Chocolate Ganache Cake. I once saw a recipe and a photo of a coffee cake and nearly contacted the creator of it to fix her recipe, because no where in the list of ingredients did I see coffee. Duh!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies and a confession!

Peanut Butter .....mon indulgence secrète. Yes, my little secret indulgence when no one is watching...In the morning early when I pack lunch boxes( and yes my husband wants peanut butter and jam sandwiches everyday), I always lick the excess peanut butter and jam off the knife... I know, I know it is not good for me, but let us pretend.......

Easy Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter frosting

Peanut butter is for sandwiches and best eaten with jam or jelly! Right or wrong? Well for many years this statement was right, but my daily journeys through the blogger sphere has proved that statement so wrong.

Coffee and Walnut cake with an Iced-coffee Frosting

I have given you this basic sponge recipe before, but this time I decided to give it a slight twist. I love coffee and to me an Iced coffee is the ultimate treat, but at the moment it is so cold and rainy that the idea of downing a glass full of cold liquid does not appeal to me at all.

Cheese cake does not come easier than this..

Making cheesecake has always intimidated me so it was only later in my life that I mustered up the courage to bake one. I went through various cookbooks and the length of the recipes would always put me off. Until one day, a Jewish friend of mine came to my rescue and gave me this easy throw-together version. She swore by it and told me this is "the original Jewish cheesecake recipe". I was not going to pick an argument with someone that has just given me the answer to my search so I decided to give it a try.
