Homemade Puff Pastry on RSG

Homemade puff pastry is a bit of a contradiction to many home cooks, like me. You see, we all love the light, flaky pastry, but the thought of rolling out the dough, adding butter, folding, resting, adding more butter, just sounds like too much work. So we all opt for the bought version. I don't have a problem with store-bought dough, but the quality is only good if you have a good supplier, otherwise it is terrible....

One can of tuna - Tuna Pinwheels

Who would have imagined that a humble can of tuna could cause such a stir. I have had such a response to the first of my series, One can of tuna - Tuna Pie, that I am so excited to be sharing this recipe with you. Kids, grannies, nannies, teachers, ravenous husbands, just about everybody love these little savory nibbles.

Still feel like Pastry?

Making Pastry is Child's Play!

Most people, except you cooking freaks out there, steer away from making their own pastry. The whole idea of chilling butter and rolling and folding and more rolling..... scares them immensely.
