I look through all the interesting things you fellow bloggers have to share, I can see that the cold and snow-filled days are getting the better of you. So, I decided to dedicate this post to all of you who are cold and miserable and in need of some good, old-fashioned comfort food.

Chicken for my honeys....

I have such hectic days during the week with playing mom's taxi, cooking, errands for dad and church activities, that on Saturdays, unless otherwise planned, I like to just unwind a bit. Sometimes I unwind to such an extend, that I forget to cook.
I had some chicken in the fridge and felt like something "orangy" and sweet and so we got started.
