Red Wine in a chocolate cake seemed like such a strange thing to do, yet I must have been sleeping under a brick or something, because the internet is flooded with recipes for a red wine chocolate cake!

Red Wine belongs in a glass, a stew or a dreamy mushroom risotto! A delicious jous with roast lamb is perfected with a splash of red wine and if you want to treat yourself with something really delicious, try these little onions braised in red wine! In a cake however, I had to see it to believe it!

When I paged screened through the new Food and Home/Best Bakes App, I found my inspiration to try this cake! It is a deliciously moist, rich and dark cake and with the addition of the berries, it really is a taste sensation! The App is so easy to work with a user-friendly! You have the choice to see a video of each recipe or a photo tutorial with clear instructions for each recipe! Most of the recipes also come with a very handy “Cook’s Tip”. My overall impresion of this App is, that if you can read, you can cook/bake!
