Onion and Vegetable Bhajis

Onion and Vegetable bhajis should be eaten warm, straight off the pan, dipped in either a chilled cucumber and mint raita or a spicy chutney.

Onion and Vegetable bhajis, I eat often. I live in Cape Town and my Cape Malay friends look after me. Until now, I have not made them that often though, but I think I have redeemed myself. The family loved them and they were gobbled up in no time.

Koo Mixed Vegetables

A traditional bhaji is literally onion and chickpea flour, but I just had to add my own twist. My own twist came in the form of KOO’s new Mixed Vegetables in a Durban Curry Sauce. For almost 80 years, KOO has been part of South African society in ways they couldn’t have imagined. I have attended birthdays, funerals and parties where a lot of the food was all made with KOO.
KOO sources produce from established farms. Decades of expertise and experience are added to deliver only the best quality and taste, so that we can experience only the best.
KOO knows that as a trusted partner in today’s world, we do not have time to cook for hours. So, KOO offers sealed-in goodness with their wide and versatile range of products. I can use it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
